Vincent Ceraso has been in the Substance Abuse treatment field for close to 20 years. He has been a Consultant to Treatment Solutions Network since November 2006. His specialty is working with Unionized workforces. In fact, He is a retired airline worker and remains a proud, dues paying member of the Machinists Union (IAMAW), Local Lodge 1776. He sits on the Machinists Union Executive Board as the Director of the Members Assistance Program and the Political Director. "Vinny", as he is most often referred, also sits on the Executive Board of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of EAPA as their local Labor Chairman. Most recently, he was elected to the Employee Assistance Professionals Association Executive Board as the International Labor Director. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services, is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, a Substance Abuse Professional, a Critical Incident Stress Management Consultant and a Certified ARISE Interventionist. Vinny has been performing successful interventions for over eight years. He has been married since June 1993 and he and his wife have three beautiful children.
